PDF::Builder usage
« August 27, 2020, 11:45:54 AM »
Hi!

Have you tried PDF::Builder? Are you using it on more than an occasional (or trial) basis? We'd like to hear from you if you are. Don't hesitate to inquire about new features (your wishlist), but the main purpose of this topic is to survey who's using this product.

PDF::Builder is a Perl library for creating PDF documents. It is available from cpan.org. It is a "fork" of the older PDF::API2 library, but has gone off in a slightly different direction, even though it is still largely compatible with that library.

Note that the primary location for reporting bugs and other issues with PDF::Builder is at https://github.com/PhilterPaper/Perl-PDF-Builder/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+sort%3Aupdated-desc . If you have a GitHub account, you should use that page. If not, you can open an account on this forum, and use the "PDF::Builder" section. We will cross-post to keep both places up to date. Finally, for one-off or very occasional use of either forum (and you don't want to open an account in either place), there is an email link on the forum page to communicate that way.

This particular "topic" is special, as all other PDF::Builder-related problem reports, wishlist items, etc. should go in the appropriate "board" in this forum, or on GitHub (with an appropriate "label"). Here, we are just surveying who is using PDF::Builder and why or why not you continued (or not) with it!
