I enhanced the text2pdf.pl script to allow the text file to control fonts and images.  The usage message contains documentation.  You can see the usage message at the end of the source code, or by running the script without any parameters.  The enhanced script is attached.

Enhanced version will be released with 3.002, replacing the old version. I made many further enhancements to the utility — read the "usage" listing. Thank you, Hank!
